Meet The Team
Our project is built on collaboration, bringing our partner organisations together alongside community representatives to help shape and guide its development.
At the heart of the project are our Delivery Team, and a few of us are based at Quay House on St Mary’s.
We coordinate the day-to day work and facilitate and support research and engagement across the islands - do call into Quay House to see us!

Our Community Advocates work directly with residents and groups to help shape and deliver research projects. This includes supporting people to develop research ideas, design practical approaches, collect and organise data, and make sense of findings in ways that are useful and accessible.
These are flexible, part-time, paid opportunities delivered through project-based work.
You don’t need to be a professional researcher to be an advocate, we’re looking for people who are curious, approachable and good at working with others - training and support will be provided.
